• What are the next steps after I contact a Medical Staff Recruiter?
  Our Medical Staff Recruiters will set up a phone screen and answer any questions about Tower Health and the communities we serve.
  Your CV will then be presented to the physician lead or practice manager to schedule a virtual call.
  We then invite you to formally interview onsite. Our Onsite interviews often include lunches, dinners, community tours, and anything that you would want to learn about.
  
  
• What is the offer process?
  Our offer process starts with an offer letter that you would receive within a week of interviewing. Once you would sign the offer letter you would receive the employment contract within two weeks of signing the offer letter.
  
  
• When does the onboarding process begin?
  The onboarding process begins once you sign your offer letter. You will be contact by one our onboarding specialists that will guide you through the next steps of our process


• When should I apply for my PA license?
  We recommend applying for your license as soon as you sign your offer letter and know you will be moving to Pennsylvania.
